- Provided that all the products you have purchased are unused and the packaging is not damaged, you can return it with all the accessories sent to you within 14 working days following the delivery or you can request an exchange. Used or damaged products will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

- Return of the returned products belongs to the customer who made the purchase. Shipments with counter payments are not accepted.


- In accordance with the VAT general communiqué published in the Official Gazette, no refunds or replacements can be made without an invoice.


HOW TO RETURN!

- If you have created a membership during your order, you can create your return request through our site by logging in as a member. If you have made a purchase without being a member, please contact us via e-mail and submit your return request.


- We kindly ask you to prepare the product(s) you want to return as unused and not damaged during shipping. We kindly ask you to send your package with a copy of the invoice in order to be able to follow it easily, to carry out the return process without any problems and to get back to you quickly.

- If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.

HOW TO REQUEST CHANGE!


- If the size does not fit after receiving your order or if you want to exchange it with another product, you can send us your change requests within the following 14 days. Our only condition is that you send us the product(s) subject to change, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, with original brand labels and all accessories, if any.

- In order to start your exchange process, you must provide preliminary information about the size or the product to be exchanged by e-mail to info@nuiyoga.com.

- After informing Nui Yoga Customer Services about your exchange request, you can send the product(s) back with your invoice, unused and in the original brand packaging, with Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge. We kindly ask you to indicate in writing that there is a "Change Request" on your invoice and write which size/color or model you want instead of the product you want to exchange.


WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE?

- www.nuiyoga.com does not accept the return of any product purchased from a different store or retailer and reserves the right not to accept a return request that does not comply with the above terms. If your return request is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you and no refund will be made.

- Meditation group incense products must be sent unused and with the original labels and packaging of the product.

- For hygienic reasons, products such as socks cannot be returned or exchanged if the package has been opened and tried on.

- Returns of products that have been used, damaged due to use, washed or modified in the purchases made in the clothing category are not accepted. All returns must be sent with the original labels, packaging and, if any, accessories of the product.

- In order for the return requests for yoga mats and yoga accessories to be evaluated positively, the products must be unused and not damaged after delivery. All returns must be sent with the original labels and packaging of the brands. Wrinkled/broken due to misuse and storage conditions, exposed to excessive use of water or different liquids, cleaned incorrectly (with heavy chemicals or in the washing machine), used in areas other than yoga and similar activities, color differences and fading due to use, exterior Returns of yoga mats that are punctured or torn due to factors/factors are not accepted.

- We do our best to ensure that the colors in the product images reflect the product exactly. However, every computer, tablet or phone screen has different resolutions and color composition. HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

- You will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your return request after checking the compliance of the product/s with the return conditions. The product costs of the approved returns will be returned within 3 working days according to your original payment method. If you have made your payment in installments, your repayment will be made at the same rate as your installment amount. The reflection time of your refund on your statement varies between 3 and 7 working days, depending on your bank. In case of delay, you can get detailed information from your bank.

- If the payment method is 'Money Transfer/EFT', the refund will be refunded to your IBAN account that you have notified.

- If your return does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent back to your address at your own expense.
